Occupy For DemocracyAlert:: Let Gov Snyder know how you feel: Join us, Monday, January 16, Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday. 4800 East Huron Drive, Ann Arbor, MI at 4 pm A bus will be leaving Flint from Scott School. 1602 S. Averill, at 1 pm. For more information or to RSVP call 810-743-4133 or Second Chance Church at 810-720-8118 There will be legal 'observers' (aka, lawyers) marching with us and, in the event of any arrests, will be available to offer legal advice and assistance. It should be noted that they will not help with bail. At this point, bail (between $100 and $500) would be the responsibility of the individual, in the event that someone wasn't released on their own recognizance. Since it will be dusk towards the end of the rally, there is planning afoot to have lighting for the rally at the governor's house. It wouldn't be a bad idea, though, for folks to bring a flashlight.
